​How Do I Place An Order?
Once you place an order, it will be processed the following business day, or the same day if it is placed early enough. We are a small, family owned business, that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction. Any questions or conerns, just send an email and it will be replied to within 24 hours. Normal business hours are M-F 8AM-5PM, but may vary depending on holidays and busy seasons.
Shipping
Most items ship the day they are processed, and take 7-15 business days to arrive. I have set up a Local Delivery option as well, for people in my hometown. So if you are local, make sure to select that option and save a few dollars on shipping cost!! I will run offers for free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount, yet to be determined. But I will keep the page updated with that info.
​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We only acept Credit Card payments at this time, but we will be adding PayPal in the near future.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product has not been opened, and you notify us within 4 days of product being delivered. Any factory defects will of course be exhanged or repaired at no additional costs.
Warranty Info
All products come with a 1 year warranty, that coveres any factory defects or damage due to shipping. The warranty does not cover damage done by the customer, normal wear and tear on blades or batteries. However, if there is any sort of problem, contact me at rodburnrelics@gmail.com and we will get it fixed. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and we strive to provide the best service in the galaxy!
